Résumé :

Now called Ross Tanner, XIII joins the elite SPADS (Special Assault and Destruction Squads) to try and learn more about Captain Rowland, his last identity. As if the shadowy threats hanging over his head weren't enough, he also has to contend with gruelling training and a hostile instructor. Meanwhile, in Washington, investigations into the presidential assassination continue, and a sertes of Glues emerge, pointing towards people XIII thought his allies.
